Patrical Knowlden

This short piece about a local farm from the 12th century was written in 1999. It later formed part of West Wickham Fields and Farmers published by the Society in 2012, following the death of the author the previous year.  This delightful, illustrated article was characteristic of her depth of research and easy writing style. Patricia was a long-term member of BBLHS, serving both as Secretary and Chairman. She developed an abiding interest in the history of the West Wickham area and published several books.
